Berry Garden and Estate

A home gives you Water Collection slots and, depending on the property, Berry Garden plots for a steady growing loop.

Last checked: 5 November 2026. The property table is read from the game's data. Rules and the refund were checked against the game code on 5 November 2026. Maintained by the Pokémon Dusk Reborn team. Spotted a mistake? Tell us in #bugs-and-errors on Discord.

Move into a home

  1. Open the Estate Agency.
  2. Look at the Move In table. Each row shows the building, its indoor size, its garden size, its efficiency and the cost.
  3. Press Move In on the property you want and check the final price on the confirmation screen before you pay.
The Estate Agency page with a note about a 75 percent refund and a Move In table listing buildings with indoor size, garden size, efficiency in minutes, cost and a Move In link.
The Estate Agency
  1. The refund note: moving up refunds around 75% of your old property.
  2. Efficiency is how many minutes a Berry takes to grow in that home.
  3. Move In buys that property.

The rules of moving

  • You can only move up. The game refuses a downgrade or buying the same home again: "You can't downgrade your home or buy the same property again."
  • Moving up refunds about 75% of what you paid for your old home, in both cash and coins. Worked example: going from the Bungalow ($100,000 and 100 coins) to the Cottage ($250,000 and 250 coins) costs $250,000 minus $75,000, which is $175,000, and 250 minus 75, which is 175 coins.
  • If you cannot afford it the game says "You can't afford this building." and keeps your money.

Grow a Berry from start to finish

  1. Open Your Home.
  2. Turn a Berry from your Backpack into a Seed.
  3. Plant the Seed in an empty garden plot. The page tells you how many minutes your home needs.
  4. When the plant asks for water, use a Water Bottle. The water is ready halfway through the growing time.
  5. When the plant is finished, harvest two of the Berry you planted.

A homeless account cannot garden. The Garden page tells you that you are homeless and points you to the Estate Agency.

Getting Water Bottles

Send a Water-type Pokémon from your active team to a Water Collection slot. Faster Pokémon return sooner. One Pokémon handles one fetch at a time, but a larger home gives you more slots. Browse Water-type Pokémon.

The Farmers Market

Players list and buy Berry Seeds for coins. Check the Berry type, amount and full price before you buy. Removing your own listing returns the Seeds to you. See every Berry.
