Really struggling to train |

I'm really stuck and unsure how to level up a low-levelled Pokemon when the rest of my pokemon I got from lucky draws and whatnot are over level 100, are there exp farm accounts you can battle or is there an EXP share? Any kind of support would be appreciated.
