Unable to change userbars

I beat both Mew and Snorlax towers and got the userbars but I can't change my 'Snorlax Defeater' to 'Mew Defeater' even though it says I can through Account Settings - Preferences.

its been like that for a long time even in dusk it was like that where you couldn't change between them

The userbar change panel is bugged it will fixed/recoded in upcoming updates.
