There are no level 5 pokemon in the game so Collection Tasks cannot be completed.:)

Cruz reverted the changes he did to clan reward Pokemon :)
Any Pokemon received from Random and Specific Swap Clan Rewards will be level 5. Map Pokemon however were left to be unbased

Your task is level 2 pokemon? Thats basically impossible. The lowest i've ever received for a normal was a level 4 omanyte. If you can, try report it to Cruz and explain that the task itself chance of completing is about 1/750 because of the use of rare candies
