how do you catch a level 5 pokemon? almost all pokemon in maps are unbased making it near impossible to do tasks for lab

You can get some the lab pokemon from Clan Credits and getting rest of them is bit challenging as you need to apply Rare Candy on them to lower there level.
Not every part of the game is easy.

the clan credit pokemon whether it be specific or random are still unbased, and spending for rare candies seems like a dumb idea. it'd also make future events like Collection Contest almost unappealing due to the difficulty of catching based pokemon. Is it possible to revert the normal pokemon level changes back to what it used to be?
