I was looking at my profile, and I noticed I had a bronze shield with a downward facing sword, I checked other people’s profile, and I only saw other’s had bronze shields, (as opposed to other colors) and I was wondering what this meant/how to change it

We planned the pokemon trainer league's tournament (https://prnt.sc/ly8nun). Trophies were supposed to be earned via 1v1 random matches. However, Due to time constraints, it was never really released and completed.
