Please Change the Forum Staff in game Chat Box Chat message colour;
which it is sometimes confusing, as the colour for in game Chat Box pm (e.g.:/pm pikachu6) colour is the same colour.
Both Colour*Purple*

Done, The color of PM is changed.
Next time before creating any Forum Post, Kindly use an appropriate Title.
